36 hour bone broth

Bone Kettle’s bone broth is made using time-honored cooking techniques and fresh, ingredients reflective of Southeast Asian traditions, made by boiling beef bones in filtered water with onions, garlic, ginger & mix of dried spices, for 36 hours.

Served with 5 oz. of artisanal ramen noodles, heirloom carrots, red onions & cilantro. Add bone marrow- 13, soft-poached egg- 2, rice-3. Options on protein with various portions & prices.

  • 4 oz prime top sirloin beef cut and seared, roasted at low temperatures to ensure a perfect medium rare doneness.

  • 7oz roasted chicken breast, brined for 24 hours & seared w/ ginger

  • 7oz brisket beef, sous vide for 12 hours with garlic, butter & herbs

  • 3-4" bone-in oxtail braised in beef jus, served with crispy caramelized Indonesian potatoes

  • Crispy fried compressed soy beans, sauteed vegetables- served with mushroom broth
